NEAR was founded with a vision to disrupt old fashioned traditional recruitment and consulting firms.

After years of building recruitment teams across Latin America, we were genuinely impressed by the region's talent quality. We found hardworking, dedicated individuals who took pride in their work and demonstrated excellent communication skills, aligning seamlessly with U.S. culture.

This sparked our curiosity about whether this talent pool extended beyond recruitment. Upon further exploration, we discovered substantial pools of technology talent, particularly in Salesforce, yet realized there was no effective way for U.S. clients to access them other than through generic hiring platforms like Upwork, which offered limited connections to these talent pools.

Recognizing the ongoing challenges of working with consulting firms, offshore teams, and the rising costs of onshore talent, NEAR was born. Our mission is clear: to create more opportunities for Latin American Salesforce engineers by developing a platform that provides U.S. companies with direct access to this talent and addresses the challenges they face in hiring Salesforce professionals.
